What is a Herbalist?
A Herbalist is someone who uses plants for beneficial or medicinal purposes. This can include many styles and practices which often change and develop through a Herbalists career/life. In addition to using plants and plant based medicine (phytotheraputics), many herbalists will have an expansive set of skills ranging from energetics, lifestyle management, physical therapies and various styles of counselling.

What is a Herbalists Association?
A herbal association is a group of peoples who are responsible for providing and upholding health and safety standards for the practice of Herbalism as well as increasing awareness in the community and joining like minded individuals together. As a provincial association, we are also involved in communications with appropriate government branches and agencies, providing educational and networking opportunities and facilitating community education and events.
